Requirements:
• Good skills in working with computer programs (Windows, MS office, Outlook, Adobe Reader, AutoCAD, (BIM SIST., Tekla, Revit - considered an advantage);
• Analytical and strategic thinking;
• Prior knowledge of construction technological processes and construction materials and / or experience in estimating construction projects will be considered an advantage;
• Ability to read drawings;
• Preparation and design of estimates;
• Preparation of technical documentation for procurements (calendar schedules, material confirmations, etc.);
• Preparation of price requests, their collection and evaluation;
• Research, processing and management of materials and construction costs.
• Independence, sense of responsibility, punctuality, ability to meet deadlines and ability to work in a team.
